This Trick is specially for UP East user's  (working in zero balance)....
No Speed Capping Guys!! I am posting this Trick with That Internet  :)
Thats Not a VPN or Proxy Trick (Most of them doesnt works).
Thats An APN trick (Accsess Point Network).

With Few Steps u Can Get That Speed Too.

Note* (The speed is depending upon your network )
            (Your Modem or 3G Mobile should capable of getting that speed which has been shown).     

Trick iz here--->  Buy  a fresh Aircel sim from Aircel Center.

* Activate 3g by Sending a sms  "START3G" to 121.

*Recharge with any 3g pack of minimum rate (RS.8)

*use approx 10mb .

*Then recharge with long validity 2g pack [ I suggest 98] for a month.

*Restart your Mobile if necessary.  :]   EnJoY.
